What is the Caldwell Academy Trivium Fund?
An essential component of our school's operating budget, the Trivium Fund offers parents, grandparents, alumni families, faculty, and friends an opportunity to invest in Caldwell's future. As our school’s primary philanthropic initiative, it helps bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Caldwell education. The Trivium Fund supports daily operational needs—ranging from academics and curriculum to athletics, fine arts, campus infrastructure, and more. Your tax-deductible gift to the Trivium Fund helps keep Caldwell’s tuition levels more accessible for all families.
Why does your participation in the Trivium Fund matter?
Your vital participation in the Trivium Fund demonstrates how families support Caldwell's mission and educational excellence. Participation numbers are just as important as the fund's monetary goal because it demonstrates our families' commitment to Caldwell to outside corporations and foundations. As a result, those entities are more inclined to support and give back to Caldwell. No matter the size, your gift makes a difference!
How do I contribute to the Trivium Fund?

Cash
Cash donations may be left in the Founder's Hall Office with either the advancement director or the main office administrator. -
Mail a Check
Make a gift by sending a check made payable to Caldwell Academy, and sending it to Advancement Office, Caldwell Academy, 2900 Horse Pen Creek Road, Greensboro, NC 27410. -
Gifts of Stock
Please contact the advancement director for more information about supporting Caldwell with a gift of stock. -
Donate Online
We invite you to donate online to support Caldwell Academy. Donors may use the following methods of payment:- Credit or Debit card (one-time or monthly)
- Checking or Savings account (one-time or monthly)

Employer Matching Gifts
Contributions can also be received through your employer's matching gift program. Please contact your employer to inquire about their matching gift program as many companies will match up to 100% of your donation providing an additional benefit to Caldwell Academy. Contact the Advancement Director, at advancement@caldwellacademy.org for any additional questions regarding the matching gift program. -
Additional Opportunities
What if you could give to Caldwell Academy while purchasing gifts and items that you already need?... You can!- Honor Card - Caldwell offers an Honor Card that can be purchased as an honorarium or memoriam for a family member or friend to show your appreciation in support of Caldwell. To purchase one of these cards, please either click here or visit the main office in Founder's Hall.
- Lowes Foods Cart to Class - With Cart to Class, Lowes Foods will give back to Caldwell based on the amount of Lowes Foods private label items that are purchased throughout the year. Click here to link your card. This can also be done in the store at the Customer Service Desk. You do need to relink every year.
- Harris Teeter Together in Education - When you link your VIC card, Harris Teeter will donate a percentage of every Harris Teeter brand purchase you make to Caldwell Academy. Caldwell’s unique number is 3210. (You must relink your card each school year starting on August 1.) Brands that pay include Harris Teeter, HT Traders, Farmers Market, Harris Teeter Organics, and HT pharmacy.
