After School Care
A safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
Caldwell Academy offers aftercare programs for students in TK-8th grade: Eagle Explorers (TK), Eagles’ Zone (K-5), and The Talon (5th-8th). Our programs provide supervised activities after school until 5:30 p.m. on weekdays when school is in session. We also provide care on early dismissal days and we offer occasional drop-in and seasonal care options.A $35 nonrefundable registration fee is required per student.
*Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break months have been prorated over the course of the year in the monthly amount shown.
Financial Commitment
- Eagles' Zone and Eagle Explorers do not prorate for days your child does not attend.
- A fee will be charged to the family account for children picked up late at $1 per minute.
- The amount is billed monthly. Drafts will be made on or after the 15th of the month beginning in September.
- Occasional/Drop-in student accounts will be billed $23/day (Drop-in is for K-5 only). Parents are required to clear balances on a monthly basis.
- If an account becomes two months past due, the student will be subject to removal from the program until the account is made current.
- Delinquent accounts are also subject to a student's records being held at the end of the year.
