Eagles Place 2nd at NCISAA Qualifier, Advance to State Championship

Caldwell's Varsity Golf advances on the strength of a 2nd place finish at the State Qualifier Event. The Eagles entered the post season ranked 3rd in the Division III standings and were among the 12 teams invited to play in the Qualifier event at High Point Country Club's Willow Creek. Four teams would make it through this event to extend their season to the State Championship tournament, the four qualifiers being The O'Neal School, Caldwell Academy, Gaston Day School, and Village Christian. Congratulations to Zachary Kupiec, for his round of 2 under par, 70, which was good for a tie for 1st individually in the event! Daniel Norris also contributed with a 5 over 77, and rounding out the Eagles team scoring was Grayson Smith with a score of 80.
