Student Wellness
At Caldwell Academy, we want every student to feel known, loved and supported through every season of their growth. Our school counseling program provides Christ-centered care for students as they navigate academic, social, emotional and behavioral challenges.
Through short-term individual or group counseling, classroom guidance, crisis support and close partnership with families and faculty, our counselors come alongside students with compassion, wisdom and care.
School counseling is short-term and goal-focused and is not a substitute for ongoing therapy or mental health treatment. When a student would benefit from more specialized or long-term care, our counselors partner with families to help connect them with appropriate outside support.
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Pslam 139:14 (ESV)
Every Caldwell student is known and loved, first by God and also by our faculty and staff. We encourage students who are struggling to reach out to a trusted adult at school. In compliance with NC General Statutes (Chapter 115C, Article 39), we also list these resources:
To reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 988 or text HOME to 741741
To reach the NC Peer Warmline, call 855-733-7762 (for ages 18+)
