Rates and Payment Schedule
Annual rates reflect the total number of school days in the academic year and are divided into ten equal installments. Billing occurs monthly from August through May. The aftercare program does not prorate for days your child does not attend.
Daily drop-in rates are billed monthly based on the number of days a student is in attendance.
If an account becomes two months past due, the student may be subject to removal from the program until the account is made current. Delinquent accounts are also subject to student records being held at the end of the year.
Students who register after the start of the academic year will be charged the full monthly installment for the month in which registration begins.
Change to Attendance Option
Aftercare begins on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
Your selected attendance option will remain in effect for the full school year. In extenuating circumstances, one change may be permitted.
Late Pickup Fees
Preschool (2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. pickup): 15-minute grace period; $1 per minute after grace period, not to exceed the Preschool drop-in rate..
K-5th (3:30 p.m. pickup):15-minute grace period; $1 per minute after grace period, not to exceed the K-5th drop-in rate.
All students (Eagles’ Zone & Talon) not picked up by 5:30 p.m. will be charged $1 per minute beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Pick-up Procedures
If a student will be going home with a friend or any individual not listed on the approved authorized pickup list, families must notify the school in advance by email or phone call.
Carpool pickup is available at 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM (Eagles’ Zone only). Families using the carpool system are required to display their provided carpool sign during pickup to help ensure an efficient and accurate dismissal process.
When carpool is not in operation, all student sign-outs must take place inside the grammar modular at the reception desk. For safety and organizational purposes, parents and guardians should not go to the playground or directly to classrooms. Students will be called and escorted to the reception desk for dismissal.
Early Dismissal Days
There are no additional fees applied, and drop-ins are welcome.
Please send a packed lunch with your child on early dismissal days.
After-school care will be offered until 5:30 p.m. on the following early dismissal days:
- Wednesday, September 30 (Teacher Workday)
- Friday, October 9 (End of First Quarter)
- Wednesday, January 27 (Teacher Workday)
- Friday, March 12 (End of 3rd Quarter)
- Wednesday, April 21 (Teacher Workday)
There is no afterschool care on the following early dismissal days:
- Friday, November 6 (Veterans Day)
- Friday, December 18 (First day of Christmas break)
- Friday, April 23 (Grandparents Day)
- Friday, May 21 (Last day of school)
Code of Conduct
The student conduct expectations in place during the school day also apply to both programs. Failure to follow these expectations may result in your child being removed from the program.
Other Important Information
Each student will receive a snack during the program; however, additional snacks may be sent from home if desired. A refillable water bottle is required daily.
Weather permitting, students will be outdoors for the majority of the program, outside of homework time. Parents are responsible for reviewing their child(ren)’s homework for completion and accuracy.
