Choir

Three Grammar students singing in choir

As students lift their voices together, they develop confidence, meaningful friendships, and a lifelong appreciation for beauty, harmony, and shared purpose.

Grammar Choir

Students in grades two through five may join our Grammar Choir. This choir meets after school once a week and performs at multiple events throughout the year. Students learn the basics of singing in an ensemble, following a director, performance etiquette, and singing harmony.

Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. psalm 96:1

Dialectic & Rhetoric Choirs

Dialectic and Rhetoric students may choose choir as an elective. Students in these choirs learn to sight-read and use proper ensemble singing techniques. The ensembles also provide a wealth of performance experience and occasional solo opportunities. An auditioned ensemble from our Rhetoric Choir has performed with the National Youth Choir at Carnegie Hall.
