Tuition Assistance
What kind of tuition assistance is available from Caldwell?
Caldwell's tuition assistance is need-based. From our earliest days, school leaders have intended Caldwell to reflect the larger Christian community. A need-based tuition assistance program increases the number of qualified candidates and mission-aligned families who can join our community, and it strengthens every program in the school by including students whose families could not otherwise provide a classical and Christian education for their children.
How do I apply for need based tuition? When should I apply?
- Apply for the NC Opportunity Scholarship here before requesting additional assistance.
- Once applied, complete the Caldwell Academy Tuition Assistance Application here.
- Families in Tiers 3 and 4 must provide information from your 2025 tax return. This is listed on the Application Form. Applications are not considered complete until all necessary documents have been submitted.
- Should a family’s “Tier” within the NC Opportunity Scholarship system change after applying but before the school year begins, tuition assistance may be adjusted to reflect the updated information.
Prospective families must also have a student application on file before receiving information about their financial aid award.
