Follow These Steps:
Step One: Complete and Submit an Application
Submit an Application by printing or downloading the following forms and returning to the main office upon completion.
$100 application fee per student due at the time the application is submitted
Apply for Financial Aid if applicable - Caldwell Academy uses a third-party service, Independent School Management’s Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), to assess a family’s tuition rate based on income eligibility
Once the FAST application is complete, taxes must be sent to this address: Independent School Management, Attn: FAST Processing, 1316 N. Union Street, Wilmington, DE 19806 or uploaded via the FAST website. Tuition will not be determined until this is complete.
Step Two: Collect Records
The Enrollment Director will collect the past 3 years’ report cards from the child’s current school as well as standardized test scores
Please provide an updated immunization record for your student
