Mrs. Cobb began working at Caldwell Academy in 2010 after many years of volunteering as a parent. She assists in our 4th and 5th Grade classrooms and meets our Grammar students in the gym every morning with her famous greeting, “This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it!”

Mrs. Coghill joined Caldwell Academy’s Academic Resource Center in 2013 after many years of volunteering as a parent. We are thrilled to benefit from her wealth of expertise as a specialized tutor and learning specialist.

Mrs. Hunter began working at Caldwell Academy in 2008 as our lunchroom coordinator and now plays a vital role in our operations department.

Mrs. Kirkman has been a TA in our Grammar School since 2002 working mainly with 1st Grade. Her calm demeanor and servant’s heart make her a daily blessing to our community.

Mrs. Loflin has been a TA in our Kindergarten classrooms since 1999. You may find her assisting with assessments, playing the piano for assembly or leading a conga line on a Friday morning. Everyone will agree that Mrs. Loflin is a lot of fun and has plenty of love to go around our Kindergarten classrooms.

Mrs. McLean joined the staff at Caldwell Academy in 2006 after several years of volunteering as a parent. Her attention to detail and editing skills have made her a vital part of our admissions and development team.

Mrs. North joined the staff at Caldwell Academy in 2004 and is our “Mrs. Fix-it” for all IT related matters. We are grateful for the work she does behind the scenes to keep Caldwell running smoothly.

Mrs. Owens joined the Caldwell Academy staff in 2014 after many years of volunteering as a parent and substitute teaching. She assists our administrative staff and is happy to greet you in our Founders Hall office.

Mrs. Schultz joined the staff at Caldwell Academy in 2010 after many years of volunteering as a Caldwell parent. She assists with accounting, record keeping, mailings, and planning.

Mrs. Shaw joined the staff at Caldwell Academy in 2004 after many years of volunteering as a Caldwell parent. She has worn many hats at Caldwell but is now the office administrator in our Dialectic and Rhetoric office.

Mrs. Turner joined the staff at Caldwell Academy in 2012 after many years of volunteering as a Caldwell parent. As our Grammar Office Administrator, Mrs. Turner is an expert at caring for little bumps and bruises, directs a steady flow of traffic, and assists our Grammar administration and faculty with many other daily tasks.

Mrs. Upper joined the faculty at Caldwell Academy in 2002 and served in many capacities before settling into her role as our K-12 Media Specialist. It is her desire to use Caldwell’s books and media resources to equip our students to be influential Christian thinkers in today’s world.
